SurfSide Surge Protector Installation.

I added a surge protector to guard the electrical appliances and electronics in the motorhome against miss-wired power boxes, line voltage that is too low or too high and random surges.

Close up of the line side. Although it is hard to see, I was
testing the unit and the line voltage light was on light indicating that the wiring wwas correct and voltage was within acceptable limits.

Close up of load side completed installation with terminal covers in place.

Update on Carlisle

Here is part of a note that I received on April 10, from my daughter

"Hi Dad,

Our field trip was today and I wanted to let you know that Carlisle is doing well! He is in a shallow recovery tank so he doesn’t have to move far to breathe the air. He looked much better. They said he is responding well and will take a long time to recover but they are very pleased with his progress! " (clip)

Loggerhead Marine Center

Jackie & I were in the Tequesta FL area last week to visit family & friends. On Thursday April 2, my daughter (Debbie) & I visited the Center.

The center is there result of a woman named Elanor Fletcher AKA the "Turtle Lady".

It so happened that there was a turtle named Carlisle that was undergoing an operation. This center takes in sickand wounded turtles with the intent of healing and returning them to the ocean.

There is a museum, veiwing tanks and a lecture room. Debbie will be taking her kindergarden class there this comminng week. She will check on Carlisle and let me know how he is doing.

The fossil emains of Archelon, the largest sea turtle is on display.

I also enjoyed the living fish that were on display.

On the drive home we spotted some beauganvilla along Alt. A1A.
